've had many people tell me over the course of my career how personable I am. In fact, I have had some leaders write performance reviews that mentioned how outgoing and approachable I am to those around me. Wow, have I pulled the wool over they eyes of a bunch of people over the years while living with my self-diagnosed Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD).
